We are looking for a Production Team Leader to join our production facility in Rotselaar (Belgium). We are BELPARTS, a leading company in HVAC system automation components.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will oversee the production process, sync production planning every day and ensure all products meet our high-quality standards. This role involves leading and inspiring a team of skilled operators, managing workflow to improve efficiency, and applying continuous improvement strategies. The Production Team Leader will also work in close partnership with the Supply Chain Manager to coordinate production with the needs of our customers.
